EasyCount – Editing Products
To edit any products that you have created through the Mobile version of EasyCount, you will first have to log in to the Web Platform with the same credentials, then navigate to the top of the page and click on Manage, followed by Products. This is where you will be editing products.
Once you’ve clicked on Products, you will be taken to a screen where you can search for any product that you have assigned to a Location by using the search bar at the top right. You either search for products that have a count against them, or tick the checkbox to show items with a 0 quantity counted.
To edit a product, simply press the Edit button to the right, this will bring up a new window for you to make your edits in.
On the Edit pop-up, you can change the Product Name, Cost Price & Department. Once you’re happy with your changes press Save in the top left and your changes will update instantly.
