Adding new users
If you’re looking to add more Users to your DigiTally account, you can hover over your user icon on the top right-hand side and choose the Users option from the drop-down list.
From here, you will see the option to add a new user on the right. Clicking on this option will result in a pop-up window being displayed. This will allow you to enter the First and Last name, email address & create a password for the user. Along with the option to select the Access level.
Please note: First name, Username (Email Address), & Password are mandatory fields in order to be able create a new user.
Once you click the Add User button to save their details, your user list will be instantly updated with their information.
